Getting Started
Place the unit on a level surface and fill the water tank with clean, cool, distilled or tap water. Distilled or softened water is highly preferred to avoid white dust on furniture.
Turn the unit on by plugging the power cord into a 120V AC wall outlet and turning the power switch to the “on” position.
Caring for Your Ultrasonic Humidifier
Clean the unit every third day during the heating season, before storing, and after long periods of storage.
Sanitize the water tank with a mild bleach and water solution, and clean the nebulizer and water sensor with a brush.
Storing the Unit
Make sure all parts are thoroughly dry, and leave the tank door loosened to prevent sticking.
Finding the Ideal Humidity Level
Aim for 30 to 50% relative humidity, and adjust accordingly based on room conditions.
