The T111/T213 Series of tantalum through-hole capacitors are designed for use in tuned circuits, low frequency circuits, phasing low voltage AC motors, servo systems, and other applications where reversal of polarity is a primary consideration.
These capacitors are hermetically sealed, axial, and non-polar, with capacitance values ranging from 0.0023 pF to 160 pF and voltage ratings from 6 VDC to 100 VDC. They are available in various case sizes and have a operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The series is qualified to MIL-PRF-39003 (CSR91 Style) and offers various failure rate options, including Graded B, C, D, and Exponential M, P, R, and S.
The capacitors are taped and reeled per EIA Specification RS-296 and marked per MIL-STD-1285.
