Overview
The ATC 600L Series offers ultra-low ESR, high Q, NPO RF & Microwave Capacitors with the lowest ESR in class and highest working voltage in class (200V). These capacitors are available in standard EIA sizes (0402, 0603, 0805) and are designed for high-frequency applications.
Applications
These capacitors are suitable for various applications, including cellular base stations, subscriber-based wireless devices, WiFi (802.11), satellite communications, WiMAX (802.16), filter networks, matching networks, high Q frequency tuning, coupling, bypass sources, and DC blocking.
Electrical Specifications
The capacitors have a capacitance range of 0.1 to 27 pF, with tolerances of ±0.1 pF to ±10%. They operate at a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a high Q factor of 2000 at 1 MHz.
Terminations and Packaging
The capacitors have tin-plated over nickel barrier terminations (standard) and are available in tape and reel packaging. They are RoHS compliant and meet various military standards (MIL-STD-202, MIL-PRF-55681, MIL-PRF-123).
