The GBPC series are glass passivated bridge rectifiers with an integrally molded heat-sink for low thermal resistance and maximum heat dissipation.
Key Features
Surge overload ratings from 300 A to 400 A, isolated voltage from case to lead over 2500 V, and UL certified.
Terminals have a silver (solderable) or nickel finish, with wire lead structure options.
Electrical Characteristics
Maximum repetitive reverse voltage ranges from 50 V to 1000 V, and average rectified forward current ranges from 12 A to 35 A.
Forward voltage drop, reverse current, and total capacitance are specified for each device.
Thermal Characteristics
Power dissipation is 83.3 W, with a thermal resistance of 1.5°C/W.
