Key Features
These capacitors feature high Q, ultra-stable performance, low ESR, and high RF current and voltage handling capabilities, making them suitable for applications such as bypass, coupling, tuning, impedance matching, and DC blocking.
They are available in a range of capacitance values from 2.2 pF to 3000 pF, with a working voltage of up to 3600 WVDC, and are RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
The series meets and exceeds the requirements of EIA-198, MIL-PRF-55681, and MIL-PRF-123, and is designed for high reliability in harsh environments.
