This datasheet describes the 155Mbps PIN-TIA Receiver Modules, which feature an InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode with a transimpedance amplifier.
The modules have high sensitivity with automatic gain control (AGC), differential ended output, and operate from a single +5V supply.
They are available in FC, SC, and ST receptacle packages, as well as pigtailed versions with optional FC, SC, and ST connectors.
The modules are suitable for 155Mbps SDH/SONET/ATM receivers and are RoHS compliant.
