Introduction
The Roche Diabetes Care Platform allows patients to upload data remotely using the Patient Portal or mySugr Data Sharing.
Setting Up Patient Portal Access
Patients can upload data from their devices, such as blood glucose meters and insulin pumps, using the Patient Portal.
Patients must have a valid email address attached to their profile to access the Patient Portal.
Uploading Data
Patients can upload data using the Device Link software via a USB cable.
Auto-Upload is available for Accu-Chek devices, while non-Accu-Chek devices require manual upload.
mySugr Data Sharing allows patients to send data without the need for USB cable uploads.
