Before First Use
Remove all literature and packing material, clean the freezer bowl, mixing paddle, and cover, and thoroughly rinse and dry all parts.
How to Make Ice Cream
Freeze the freezer bowl, prepare and chill the mixture, place the freezer bowl onto the motor/base, and pour the chilled mixture into the unit.
Ice cream will be ready in 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the recipe and the amount in the freezer bowl.
