Introduction
This technical information provides the correct calibration procedures for Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) in Ferrari vehicles.
Important Notes
ADAS systems play a fundamental role in vehicle safety, and calibration must be carried out exactly as instructed.
The calibration procedure consists of two stages: initial static calibration and dynamic calibration test drive.
Preconditions for Calibration
The vehicle must be in proper running condition, with no passengers, a full fuel tank, and all fluids at correct levels.
The vehicle must be aligned correctly with the calibration kit, and the front lid must remain closed throughout the procedure.
Radar Calibration Procedure
This procedure is necessary in cases such as removal or replacement of front bumper, repair on suspension, or replacement of the radar.
Update the DASM with the latest SW version and perform the “NBC Proxy Alignment” cycle with the DEIS diagnostic tool.
