Introduction
This manual guides you through building a fiberglass Lamborghini Countach body on a VW type 3 chassis with a modified D.R.B Magnum steel sub frame.
Important Notes
You will need to consult with a local A.D.R approved engineer before constructing this vehicle, as the frame was already approved by the Department of Transport.
The manual includes two designs for a space frame version of this car, but note that the space frame is not approved and will require certification by an engineer.
Body Construction
The core material for the body is foam and 600g chop strand fiberglass mat with Polyurethane resin.
We will be using Polystyrene foam to make the project as cheap as possible, and coating the body with Plaster to save money and allow for better shaping before applying resin and fiberglass.
Attention to detail is crucial, and studying pictures and photos of the Countach is highly recommended.
