The S-1000 series is a range of high-precision voltage detectors developed using CMOS process, offering ultra-low current consumption of 350 nA typ. and high-precision detection voltage with an accuracy of +1.0%.
These detectors are available in two output forms: Nch open-drain and CMOS output, and operate within a voltage range of 0.95 to 5.5 V with hysteresis characteristics.
