Transmission Overview
The Type 352 Gearbox was introduced at chassis numbers 72031444P (UK), 72031020Q (Export), and 720221S0R (North America).
Gearbox Identification
The gearbox has an identification tag as shown in Fig. 1, with a general appearance as seen in the same figure.
Gear Linkage
The gears are selected by moving the gear lever to the positions shown in Fig. 2, with the linkage between the gear lever and the gearbox detailed in Fig. 3.
Instructions are provided for detaching the linkage from the gearbox, removing the complete linkage, and reassembling the differential.
