This series of high power Zener diodes provides voltage regulation in values from 3.9 V to 200 V with a broad range of operating current and temperature.
They are available in JEDEC registered numbers, with internal solder bond construction, and hermetically sealed in a TO-2O4AD (TO-3) package.
Key Features
JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications are available on most family members, and RoHS compliant versions are available on commercial grade only.
These Zeners are non-sensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 method 1020 and are inherently radiation hard as described in Microsemi MicroNote 050.
