This datasheet describes a series of 14-pin 10-tap TTL buffered delay modules with Schottky diodes.

The modules operate with a supply voltage of 5.00V ± 0.25V (commercial grade) or 5.00V ± 0.50V (military grade) and have a total delay ranging from 10ns to 1000ns.

The devices feature a typical supply current of 120mA, input voltage levels of 2.0V min. and 5.5V max., and output voltage levels of 2.4V min. and 0.5V max.

The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C for commercial grade and -55°C to +125°C for military grade.

A schematic diagram is provided, showing the internal circuitry of the delay module.

Variations are available for intermediate values and custom designs, and physical dimensions are specified in inches and millimeters.
