The TNC series is a commonly used coax connector, similar in size to BNC connectors, but with a threaded coupling mechanism, suitable for use up to 11 GHz.

The connector has a voltage proof of 1.5 kVeff/50 Hz and an impedance of 50 Ω (or 75 Ω).
