The ATC 800 A Series offers high-performance multilayer capacitors designed for demanding high RF power applications. These capacitors feature a rugged and reliable NPO dielectric, optimized case geometries, and highly conductive metal electrode systems, resulting in ultra-low ESR and superior thermal performance.
Key Features
Lowest ESR, high Q (2000 @ 1 MHz), and high self-resonant frequency. Capable of operating in a wide temperature range (-55°C to +125°C) with a low temperature coefficient of capacitance (0 ±30 PPM/°C).
RoHS compliant and lead-free, with a working voltage range of 0.1 pF to 100 pF and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 250% of rated WVDC for 5 seconds.
Typical applications include UHF and microwave communications systems, wireless communications, public safety radio, telecom, WiMAX, and satellite systems.
