The N250128 is a 128-Mbit serial flash memory device with a 108 MHz SPI bus interface, supporting multiple I/O protocols, including legacy SPI, Dual I/O SPI, and Quad SPI.

It features a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply voltage, XiP (eXecute-in-Place) mode, and configurable registers for dummy cycles, output buffer, and fast POR (Power-On Reset).

Key Features

Subsector erase capability in 8 boot sectors, sector granularity, and write protections through software and hardware.

Unique ID code, electronic signature, and more than 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector, with over 20 years of data retention.

Available in various RoHS-compliant packages, including VDFPN8, TBGA24, and SO8W.
