Important Safety Precautions

Keep hands and utensils away from the moving blade, and do not attempt to remove the cover until the blade has stopped rotating.
Assembly and Operation
Assemble the appliance by placing the work bowl on the motor base, turning it counterclockwise to lock, and adding the blade and food ingredients.
Use the Chop function for soft foods and the Grind function for hard foods. Add liquids through one of the two openings in the cover.
Tips for Processing Food
Cut large pieces of food into smaller, even-sized pieces before processing.
Do not overload the work bowl, and use the quantities given in the charts and recipe section as a guide.
