Introduction

The Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilometre Service Plan provides scheduled servicing for eligible Model Year 2018-onward Subaru vehicles, including WRX, WRX STI, Levorg, Liberty, and Outback (excluding Model Year 2021 Outback).

Coverage

The plan covers all items specified in the standard ‘Maintenance Schedule for Normal Driving Conditions’ for the first ten standard scheduled services, up to and including the 60-month/125,000-kilometre service.

Service Intervals

Services are recommended every 12,500 kilometres or 12 months, whichever occurs first, with specific intervals outlined in the table.

Claim Periods

Each service can be claimed within a nominated number of months or kilometres of the due date, with details provided in the table.

Where Services Can Be Carried Out

Servicing under the Service Plan can only be redeemed at authorised Subaru Service Centres within Australia.

What’s Not Covered

The plan does not cover items not listed in the Maintenance Schedule, including those resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse, or competitive events.
