Introduction
This manual is divided into three major sections: Power Plant, Charging Systems, and Body.
It includes Diagnosis and Repair Simplification (DARS) charts, which provide a graphic method of diagnosis and troubleshooting through the use of pictures and symbols.
Organization
Each chapter begins with an alphabetical index of subjects and ends with specifications, torque charts, and special tools pertinent to that chapter.
An alphabetical index of all subjects is located at the back of the manual.
Warnings and Cautions
Detailed descriptions of standard workshop safety procedures are not included in this manual.
WARNINGS and CAUTIONS are provided for some service procedures that could cause personal injury or damage to the vehicle or its components.
