Important Safeguards

Before using the Mini Prep Pro, read the instruction booklet carefully to ensure safety and continued enjoyment of the product.

Basic safety precautions should always be taken to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury, especially when children are present.

Unpacking and First Use

Remove all packing materials, food processor, and accessories from the box. Be careful when handling sharp cutting blades.

Before the first use, remove any dust from shipping by wiping the unit and controls with a damp cloth. Thoroughly clean the work bowl, work bowl lid, and blade with hot sudsy water.

Operating Tips

Always cut large pieces of food into smaller pieces of even size before processing. Do not overload the work bowl, as it causes inconsistent results and strains the motor.

Use the pulse action for chopping and mincing, and the grind function for grinding spices and hard foods. Add liquids such as water or oil while the machine is running.
