The Brown Devile 200 Series is a line of small, exceptionally durable power resistors featuring lead-free vitreous enamel coating and all-welded construction.
These resistors are designed to provide rugged, flame-resistant performance under high temperatures, with a derating of linearly from 100% at 25°C to 0% at 350°C.
Key Features
Electrical Characteristics: Tolerance of 1% to 10%, power rating based on free air rating, and maximum voltage calculated using Ohm’s Law.
Construction: Hollow-core construction accommodates rigid mounting with brackets or thru bolts, and self-supporting terminal mounting is an option.
Coating Options: Vitreous enamel, silicone, and centohm coatings are available, with the vitreous enamel coating being lead-free and RoHS compliant.
Non-Inductive Versions: Available upon request, with the option to add an “E” suffix to the part number to specify.
