Overview
The UC1710 family of FET drivers is designed to interface between low-level control functions and high-power switching devices, particularly power MOSFETs.
Key Features
These devices feature a totem pole output with 6A source/sink drive, 3ns delay, and 2ns rise and fall time into 2.2nF. They operate from 4.7V to 18V and have under-voltage lockout with hysteresis, thermal shutdown protection, and inverting and non-inverting outputs.
Packages and Temperature Ranges
The UC1710 is available in an 8-pin hermetically sealed dual in-line package for -55°C to +125°C operation, while the UC2710 and UC3710 are specified for -40°C to +85°C and 0°C to +70°C operation, respectively, and are available in various packages including 8-pin plastic dual in-line, 5-pin TO-220, and surface mount devices.
