The HA-2620 and HA-2625 are bipolar operational amplifiers that feature very high input impedance (500MΩ) and wideband AC performance.
They have low offset voltage (0.5mV), low bias and offset current (1nA), and a high gain bandwidth product (100MHz) with a slew rate of 35V/μs and an open loop gain of 150kV/V.
