The KEMET T11O Series is a range of hermetically sealed, axial tantalum through-hole capacitors designed for use in high humidity environments. These capacitors are available in a range of capacitance values from 0.0047 pF to 330 pF, with tolerances of +5%, +10%, and +20%, and operating voltages from 6 VDC to 125 VDC.
They are suitable for use in miniaturized circuitry and are particularly well-suited for coupling, bypass, filtering, and RC timing circuits. The T11O Series exhibits excellent stability, low DC leakage current, and low ESR/impedance over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The capacitors are available in various case sizes, including A, B, C, and D, and are qualified to MIL-PRF-39003 (CSR13 Style). They are also available with different failure rates, including Graded B, C, D, and Exponential M, P, R, and S.
