System Overview

Kaduit Electrical Solutions provides Non-Insulated Flanged Fork Terminals (Type P-FF) and Locking Fork Terminals (Type P-LF). These terminals are designed for fast and secure wire connection across various applications. Both types offer a robust construction that prevents splitting during the crimp process and feature a specialized design for easy wire insertion.

Flanged Fork Terminal, Non-Insulated Type P-FF

The Type P-FF terminals offer a fork design that allows for quick installation without the need to remove the fastener. They are equipped with an internal barrel that is internally beveled and serrated to ensure superior wire contact and tensile strength. These terminals can operate at a maximum temperature of 302°F (150°C) and are UL and CSA rated for up to 2000 V per UL 486A/B.

Their recommended wire range covers sizes from 22 to 10 AWG, with varying stud sizes and thickness. For proper installation, specific tools such as the CT-100AT, CT-200+, CT-600-At, CT-1570+, and CT-2500+ are suggested. Available packaging includes standard packages of 100 units and cartons of 500 units. Bulk packaging may be an option upon request to Panduit Customer Service.

Locking Fork Terminal, Non-Insulated Type P-LF

Similar to the P-FF, the Type P-LF terminals also feature an easy-to-install fork design, internal beveling, and serration for reliable connections. They lock securely in place and maintain the same operating temperature and voltage ratings as the P-FF series. These terminals are also designed for a wire range of 22 to 10 AWG and are available in standard pack sizes.

Dedicated crimping tools certified by UL and CSA are recommended when installing these terminals, ensuring proper and safe application.
