The GBLCxx and GBLCxxC Series are composed of ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor arrays providing protection primarily for portable electronics and SMART phones. These devices come in unidirectional and bidirectional configurations and boast a power rating of 350 Watts under an 8/20µs waveshape. They are engineered to meet international standards and requirements, such as the IEC 61000-4-2 for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and IEC 61000-4-4 for EFT (Electrical Fast Transients), ensuring device safety during electrical disturbances.
Highlighting their suitability for high-frequency applications or those with fast edge rates, the series offers ultra-low capacitance and low leakage current in a small SOD-323 package. This optimizes the insertion loss and signal integrity, which are critical factors in such environments.
