Description

The 1N4148UB2 is a RoHS-compliant ceramic body switching/signal diode with military specifications per MIL-PRF-19500/116. This diode offers low capacitance and high switching speeds in a surface mount UB2 package. It is suitable for use in a variety of polarities and is recognized as the surface mount equivalent of the JEDEC registered 1N4148. The device experiences minimal reverse recovery times and has qualifications available under three levels: JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV per MIL-PRF-19500/116. Other package types such as UBC, UB, DO-35, and DO-213AA are also offered by Microsemi. The diode is designed for use in high frequency data lines, RS-232 and RS-422 networks, Ethernet 10 Base T LANs, and in computers.
