- Exceptionally low current consumption, approximately 1.3 μA at a detection voltage of 1.4 V and a power supply of 1.5 V, and around 0.8 μA at a detection voltage of 1.5 V with a VDD of 3.5 V.

- Diverse operating voltage range, from 0.65 V to 5.0 V for detection voltages of 1.4 V or lower, and 0.95 V to 10.0 V for detection voltages higher than 1.5 V.
