Overview
The KEMET T110 Series of tantalum through-hole capacitors is designed for high reliability in high humidity environments and a wide temperature and frequency range. These capacitors are ideal for miniaturized electronic circuitry and are commonly used for coupling, bypass, filtering, and RC timing circuits. The T110 Series offers excellent stability, low DC leakage current, low dissipation factor, and low ESR/impedance. Capacitance values range from 0.0047 µF to 330 µF, with tolerances of +20%, +10%, and +5%, and working voltage ratings from 6 VDC to 125 VDC.
Benefits
The capacitors are available taped and reeled conforming to EIA Specification RS-296 and are marked per MIL-STD-1285. They are qualified to MIL-PRF-39003 (CSR13 Style) with failure rate options such as Graded B, C, D, and Exponential M, P, R, and S, which apply only to military products. These components offer a wide range of capacitance values and tolerances and are suitable for voltages ranging from 6 to 125 VDC, with an operating temperature between -55°C and +125°C. They are available in various case sizes including A, B, C, and D.
