Overview

There are specific maximum thermal resistance values for non-surface mount at 42°C/W and for surface mount configurations, at 20°C/W for ReJEc and 56°C/W for ReJsp. The Part or Identifying Number (PIN) follows the guidelines of MIL-PRF-19500, detailed in sections 6.5 and 6.6. The device type nomenclature starts with “1N,” followed by a second number set, which ranges from “4460” through “4496” and “6485” through “6491”. A suffix is used to indicate variants, with “C” denoting a modified version of the approved device type.
