Header and Pin Specifications
Header body and cover are black UL 94V-0 4/6 Nylon, with Brass 1/2 hard header pins. Standard pin plating is 10u [.25um] min. Gold per MIL-G-45204 over 504 [1.27um] min. Nickel per QQ-N-290.
Optional plating options are available, including 200u” [5.08um] min Matte Tin per ASTM B545-97 and 200u” [5.08um] 90/10 Tin/Lead per MIL-T-10727.
Cable Specifications
Cable insulation is UL Style 2697 Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), with 28 AWG, 7/36 strand Tinned Copper conductors. Cable current rating is 1 Amp @ 10°C [50°F] ambient, with a voltage rating of 300 Volts and temperature rating of 176°F [80°C].
Custom design and production are available for special materials, platings, sizes, and configurations, depending on quantities.
