Vehicle Controls
The Homelink Universal Transceiver allows you to program your vehicle to operate up to three remote-controlled devices around your home, such as garage doors, lighting, or home security systems.
Programming involves placing the remote transmitter near the system you want to program, pressing and releasing the desired HomeLink button, and following the instructions in the flowchart.
Training a Button
Hold the button on the remote transmitter and observe the HomeLink indicator (LED). If it changes from slowly flashing orange to rapidly flashing green or continuously on green, the process is complete.
Note: If the remote has rolling code, press the “learn” button on the remote-controlled device and then press and hold the programmed HomeLink button for 2 seconds.
