Prerequisites

To troubleshoot Solterra Connect, the phone must meet certain prerequisites, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled, GPS location data setting turned on, and acceptance of Solterra Connect’s request to use background data.

Service Procedure

The service procedure involves a series of steps, including verifying the customer’s phone has the Solterra Connect app loaded, performing a test call, and adding the customer’s driver profile. If the customer is not enrolled in telematics services after performing these procedures, a video of the process may be required.
