The Honeywell Home T6 Pro Programmable Thermostat comes with a UWP Mounting System, Honeywell Standard Installation Adapter, Decorative Cover Plate, screws, anchors, and 2 AA Batteries.
Before starting the installation, turn off the power at the breaker box or switch. Mount the Junction Box Adapter to the wall or an electrical box using the supplied screws and anchors. Then, attach the UWP to the Junction Box Adapter and snap the Cover Plate into place.
For power options, you can use AC power or AA batteries. Insert the Rand €C wires into the designated terminals for AC power, or insert the AA batteries for primary or backup power.
Wiring Terminal Designations
The wiring terminal designations include input for wired indoor Heat Pump fault input, compressor contactor, fan relay, and more.
Setting Slider Tabs
Use the built-in jumper (R Slider Tab) to differentiate between one or two transformer systems. Set the slider to the up position (1 wire) or down position (2 wires) depending on the system type.
