Safety Precautions
Ensure fingers are kept away from moving parts, and long hair is tied back. Never remove the scraper beater, beater, whisk, or dough hook while the appliance is in operation.
Do not operate the mixer for more than 15 minutes when mixing extremely heavy loads, and avoid using the HeatSoft feature for longer than 10 minutes continuously.
Features of the Mixmaster@ HeatSoftTM Planetary Mixer
The mixer comes with a range of attachments, including a flat beater, scraper beater, wire whisk, and dough hook.
The mixer features 10 variable speeds, a powerful torque, and a speed control dial. The attachment shaft enables the mixing attachment to rotate whilst traveling around the inside of the bowl.
The mixer also includes a tilt release lever, scraper beater, heat splash guard, 5.2L stainless steel bowl, heat nozzles for HeatSoftTM technology, and an LED light for better visibility of the mixture.
