Identification and Recognition of KIA Niro EV
The KIA Niro EV can be identified by the “Eco electric” logo on the tailgate and front charge port door on the driver’s side.
The vehicle can also be identified through the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) which has a “G” or “H” in the 8th position.
In case of an emergency, exercise caution and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) safety gear, including high voltage safety gloves and boots.
Remove all metallic jewelry, including watches and rings. Identify the vehicle as an electric vehicle and respond to emergency scenarios accordingly, exercising extreme care and caution to avoid contact with the high voltage system within the vehicle.
