The M2OOO series H2OOO series VCXO is a high frequency, low noise timing solution with a voltage range of 5.0V and a frequency range of 10 MHz to 175 MHz.
The device features a start-up time of less than 5ms, a frequency stability of ±20ppm, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
The device is available in full and half size, thru-hole packages with a HCMOS/ITTL output stage.
