Key Features
headers and covers are made of black UL 94V-0 4/6 Nylon, with Brass 1/2 hard header pins. Standard pin plating is 10u [.25um] min. Gold per MIL-G-45204 over 50u” [1.27um] min. Nickel per QQ-N-290.
Optional plating options include 200u” [5.08um] min Matte Tin per ASTM B545-97 over 50u” [1.27um] min. Nickel per QQ-N-290, and “TL” 200u” [5.08um] 90/10 Tin/Lead per MIL-T-10727.
Cable insulation is UL Style 2697 Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), with clear PVC laminate that is self-extinguishing.
Ordering Information
Conductors are 28 AWG, 7/36 strand Tinned Copper per ASTM B 33, with a cable current rating of 1 Amp @ 10°C [50°F] above ambient. Cable voltage rating is 300 Volts, and cable temperature rating is 176°F [80°C].
