Introduction
The Cadillac Professional Vehicle Protection Plan (PVPP) is an extended service agreement for Cadillac Professional Vehicles, running concurrently with the Cadillac Bumper-to-Bumper New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
Eligible Models
The PVPP is available on the following models: DTS Livery Sedan, DTS-L Short Stretch Livery Sedan, DTS Limousine, DTS Light Funeral Coach, DTS Funeral Coach, XTS Livery Sedan, XTS-L Short Stretch Livery Sedan, XTS Limousine, XTS Funeral Coach, Escalade 2WD, Escalade AWD, Escalade ESV 2WD, Escalade ESV AWD, and Escalade Hybrid.
Proper maintenance is the customer’s responsibility under the PVPP.
Coverage
Coverage begins on the date the vehicle is first delivered to the customer and continues for a term of 36 months or 150,000 miles for most models, and 72 months or 100,000 miles for funeral coach models.
A $50.00 deductible applies to each service visit.
What’s Covered
The PVPP covers various components, including air conditioning and heating, brakes, electrical, engine, front-wheel drive, high tech, rear-wheel drive, steering, suspension, and transmission.
What’s Not Covered
The PVPP does not cover certain items, including interior and exterior trim, battery, wheels and tires, paint, body, light bulbs, glass and trim, belts, hoses, muffler and exhaust pipe, wiper blades, and spark plugs and wires.
