Important Safety Instructions
This appliance comes with important safety messages to avoid hazards that can kill or hurt you and others. Always read and obey all safety messages.
Operating Your Refrigerator
Before operating the refrigerator, ensure you have read the safety instructions and understand the temperature control, air flow control, and crisper humidity control settings.
Wait 24 hours before putting food into the refrigerator, and make sure the air vents are not blocked.
Ice and Water
The ice maker (on some models) should produce approximately 8 to 12 batches of ice in a 24-hour period. Adjust the controls if ice is not being made fast enough.
Discard the first three batches of ice produced and avoid connecting the ice maker to a softened water supply.
Refrigerator Care
Unplug the refrigerator or disconnect power before cleaning. Wash and dry removable parts and interior surfaces thoroughly.
Use non-flammable cleaners and avoid using abrasive or harsh cleaners on plastic parts, interior, and door liners or gaskets.
Regularly clean both sections of the refrigerator and freezer to avoid buildup of odors and maintain optimal performance.
