Display Key Issue

The display key is non-functional and cannot be charged or switched on.

Possibly defective display key.

Correction Procedure

Perform a soft reset of the display key by pressing and holding the On/Off button for a minimum of 28 seconds.

Try to charge the display key.

Remove the battery from the display key and then reinsert the battery.

Examine the moisture indicator above the battery.

If the above steps do not correct the situation, replace the key.
