AEM Engine Management System (EMS) Overview
The AEM EMS is a plug-and-play system that offers total flexibility in engine tuning. It features unique plug-and-play technology, configurable onboard data logger, and spare inputs and outputs.
The EMS comes with all functions installed and activated, and there are no expensive options or upgrades to be performed.
Important Notes for Existing AEM EMS Users
If you are already using the 30-1002 AEM EMS, please note that the 30-1042 is a second-generation design and is not pin-to-pin compatible with the 30-1002.
The installation of the AEM ECU on the 1991-1994 Acura NSX uses the stock sensors and actuators.
