Electrical Specifications
The M2300 and H2300 series have a frequency range of 150 MHz to 125 MHz, with frequency stability of ±20 ppm to ±150 ppm. They operate on a 3.3V supply voltage and have a supply current of 15 mA to 30 mA. The output levels are compatible with HCMOS and ITTL logic.
Environmental and Mechanical Conditions
The devices are resistant to shock, vibration, humidity, and solvents, and are suitable for use in harsh environments.
