Valpey Fisher Corporation High Frequency Low Phase Noise Timing Solutions
This datasheet presents the M2300 and H2300 series of voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs) with a frequency range of 150 MHz to 125 MHz. These devices feature excellent incremental and best-straight-line linearity, with a start-up time of less than 5 ms.
They are designed for use in xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, and ATM/SONET/ISDN applications.
Electrical Specifications
The devices have a frequency stability of ±20 ppm to ±150 ppm, depending on the model, and operate from a 3.3V supply voltage. The output levels are HCMOS/ITTL compatible, and the devices have a low supply current of 15 mA.
Environmental and Mechanical Conditions
The devices are resistant to shock, vibration, and humidity, and meet the MIL-STD-202, Method 215 standard for resistance to solvents.
