Before starting the installation, review this manual thoroughly and make a quick parts check to ensure the kit is complete.
Relieve the fuel system pressure before servicing fuel system components to reduce the risk of fire and personal injury.
Use only premium fuel, 91 octane or better, and ensure the engine is in good mechanical condition.
Tools and Materials Required
Metric wrench set, 3/8″ and 1/2″ drive metric socket set, fuel line quick disconnect tools, and other specified tools are required for the installation.
Installation Preparation
Start by removing the lower rear seat cushion to gain access to the fuse centers and locate the fuse marked “Audio” to be removed before re-programming.
