The STS3x-DIS is a high-accuracy digital temperature sensor IC with a fully calibrated and linearized digital output. It features a wide supply voltage range of 2.15 V to 5.5 V, I2C interface with communication speeds up to 1 MHz, and two user-selectable addresses.
The sensor has an accuracy of up to ±0.1°C, fast start-up and measurement time, and is available in a tiny 8-pin DFN package. It also features NIST traceability and is designed for mass production.
