Wiper and Washer Operations
The wiper and washer system is designed to help clear the windshield and rear window of rain, snow, and debris. There are three wiper settings: OFF, INT (intermittent), and LO (low speed wipe). The windshield wipers operate intermittently at low speed or at high speed and stop in accordance with the amount of rainfall detected by the rainfall sensor.
Rear Wiper and Washer
The rear wiper and washer can be used when the power mode is in ON. The wiper switch has three settings: OFF, INT, and ON. When the lever is moved to the ON position, the wiper operates continuously.
It is recommended to adjust the wiper sensitivity to your preference, especially when driving in heavy rain or snow conditions. In cold weather, the wiper blades may freeze to the windshield, and operating the wipers in this condition may damage them. It is recommended to use the defogger or heated windshield to warm the windshield before turning on the wipers.
Maintenance Tips:
It is recommended to check and maintain the wiper blades regularly to ensure optimal performance. The wiper blades should be replaced when they show signs of wear, such as streaks, noise, or scratches on the windshield glass.
