Aries offers a wide range of DIP jumpers with various configurations and wiring possibilities. These jumpers have reliable, electronically tested solder connections, protective covers, and 10-color cables for easy identification and tracing.
Specifications
The DIP jumpers have a header body and cover made of black UL 94V-0 4/6 Nylon, with Brass 1/2 hard header pins and standard pin plating of 10u Gold per MIL-G-45204. Optional plating options include 200u Matte Tin per ASTM B545-97 and 90/10 Tin/Lead per MIL-T-10727.
Cable insulation is UL Style 2697 Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), with a laminate that is clear PVC and self-extinguishing. The pitch conductors are 28 AWG, 7/36 strand Tinned Copper per ASTM B 33, and the cable current rating is 1 Amp at 10*C ambient temperature. Additionally, the cable voltage rating is 300 Volts, and the temperature rating is 176*F [80*C].
