About the ApneaLink Air Device

The ApneaLink Air device is a medical device used by Health Care Professionals (HCP) to diagnose sleep disordered breathing in adult patients. It records various data, including respiratory nasal airflow, snoring, blood oxygen saturation, pulse, and respiratory effort, to produce a report that may aid in diagnosis or further clinical investigation.

The device is intended for home and hospital use under the direction of a HCP.

The device is not to be used in the vicinity of an MRI device or in explosive atmospheres with flammable anesthetics or gases. Additionally, patients with certain skin conditions or health issues may require special considerations when using the device.

Important Safety Notes:
Do not set up the device while attached to a personal computer via USB, and ensure that all accessories are recommended by ResMed to avoid injury or damage. Additionally, patients and caregivers should follow proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance procedures to ensure safe use.

Equipment Included

The ApneaLink Air system includes the device, effort sensor, oximeter, nasal cannula, belt, oximeter belt clip, and other accessories, and is available in two configurations: basic and complete.
